The Gluten-free Trio combines the talents of variety writer/performers Pam Flitt and Ivor Folio (Peppy Scott and David Smith) with the musical skills of singer/songwriter Paul Stepto. Featuring all the hits (?) from their latest (Tunbridge Wells) Fringe show “Something Silly This Way Comes” plus unheard gems yet to be revealed, you’ll be singing and laughing along. Mon 5 Oct 2026 – Tog Faire
Tog Fàire are a folk duo centred on Scottish and Irish trad, made up of Simon Stallard (Flute, whistles, singing) and Jake Tweddle (Guitar, harmony vocals). They perform songs in Scottish Gaelic and English, alongside tunes sets that reimagine long-established trad melodies and contemporary tunes from the living Scottish folk scene. Tog Faire

Mon 7 December 2026 – Doves Vagaries
An eclectic mixture of music and song ranging from medieval to music hall, acapella and accompanied by a variety of instruments including some unusual ones including cornamuse, hulusi and bagpipes. They made a good impact last time, come and see them again! Doves Vagaries

Songwriting retreat
We've received notification of a songwriting retreat taking place between 15th and 19th June. The legendary Jon Boden is hosting it and the venue will be located in idyllic surroundings in the west of Scotland. Details here.
New venue

Forthcoming move
From the end of February the club will be re-locating to The Beer Seller, 64 High Street, Tonbridge, TN9 1EH. We have been grateful to the Flying Dutchman for hosting us, and have had some good sessions there, but have always felt the desirability of being in the town centre if possible. Starting with the Karen Langridge session on 2 March 2020 we will be in the upstairs function room at the Beer Seller, where they serve a splendid selection of real ales and a full range of other drinks. Do come and join us then if you can.
